Thrust ward or Angry ward?

For tower shields, M10, what would you use? Thrust 10% protection, or 5% Angry Earth Ward + Accelerated Defiant Stance?

For Gen, 5% angry earth ward. There are way more attacks in there than just thrust to defend against. For non-gen… take your pick. I’d probably still take accel defiant stance. It got a huge buff in the recent patch.
