Went to Tosch and finished his questline, still have camp tier 2 and the tier of my camp did not go up. I’ve tried relogging and dropping 2 new camps but still is tier 2. Also if there is another quest Tosch is supposed to give me, he is not offering it. I am level 39 and have a tier 2 camp.
