so logged in after the patch and did 15 rounds of smelting so intotal i have 23 tier 3 crates opened them all and NO items were given no flux ore smelter gear

so you open T3 crates and they’re just empty with nothing in them?

same, i have opened over 20 and nothing, about every 4-6 chest were dropping something from smelting gear on ptr, idk

Same here 12 Crates zero Items.

Exactly i was at 54 suspended azoth before i opened them and at 54 after

i was at 108 Tor 104 Cin before and the same amount after

Flux i dont know about as i had 5k+ on me i think and in Storage

so basically AGS fucked up again

when you open a crate there’s always an animation showing what you get, did that even show up? I’m 10 minutes from testing it myself.

no i clicked on them to bypass the animation hoping if i clicked them all at once i might have better luck like what i do when making x100 great axes etc and using space bar to shorten the time

I opened a crate I saved from before the patch and got items. There are also people on my server linking smelter gear.

yeah its going to be RNg bug issue but nothing i can do Customer service is like monkeys who use copy paste live chat is full or other country idiots telling me things that will " fix the issue " without even knowing what they are talking about using copy paste and Devs never respond

Did they say saved crates would retroactively work with new patch?

only 17 of my crates were pre patch the other 22 were from After the patch so out of 39 now 41 Crates I got nothing no azoth / materials etc

no smelting gear

some people are reporting items got but after a lot only 1 piece usually. seeming a bit too rare…

so i tried it and it definitely gives you azoth, ores, flux, the usual stuff but i didn’t get any gear. I see some people on chat saying they got a drop rate like 1 in 40 so around 2.5% probably

Companymember opened 261 T3 boxes.
He got 4 hats, 4 gloves, 4 boots and one pants. No chest.

i know its working for some people mate but random bug i have means 50k ori ore and 200k gold lost as i got ZERO items back even after relogging and doing steam verify

Well this is concerning. I saved up 150 crates just for today and now I’m shitting myself too much to open them. I was at 427k before all this saving up of the crates…
