got the normal items aswell, obsidian, vial of suspended azoth, tolvium and cinnabar.
but 0 smelting gear in 34 T3 Crates has to be a bug
guys this isnt about NOT getting less items its about getting Zero items… no tor or cin or azoth or flux etc Read the title…
Def not a bug. Its 5% per crate, so bad luck my friend. I got 2x shoes in 46 purple crates and thats it for smelting gear.
I understand that. I think it’s because you clicked so fast, that you triggered the diamond gypsum bug and didn’t get any items.

We are in fact Game Admins. Even though the issue is confirmed we need to collect data to verify accordingly the players who claim they did not received the items.

Verify… you can check the logs of your own game surely ?
if they had done a roll back as requested for the players affected it would never get to this stage
1952 hours played since live but i have not played anything since the issue happened so perhaps you can pull your resources get of the forums and roll back peoples accounts then FIx the issue
So I was woundering the same thing. My Char is DEZ4RIUS on Tartarus EU. I opened around 20 crates i collected in the days before the patch. got around 200 Tolvium/Cinnebar each but no smelting gear. I collected a few more T3 chests (arround 5-6) and got a smelting chest out of the last one. So probably not buggy but pretty rare.
I asked the ones who posted them in trade chat. Some got them in new chests, some in old before the patch, one even got it in their 1st chest but many got no items in 20+ chests.

Good thing your thoughts have 0 input. So what if it was cause of a bug that was apparently already fixed? Clearly its not fixed…Amazon Breaks more things weekly then it does anything else. I opened 231 Crates…Not fast…and got 0 smelting items. AGS I am actually fed up and done with your bullshit of nonstop lies ontop of your inability to keep something as simple as Patch notes correct… Wild you have x amount of people working on this game and you clearly don’t even have any sort of repository system setup where you legit copy and paste patch notes from that… Changes / Revisions to code. ITS LITTERALLY ALL AUTOMATICALLY DONE FOR YOU if you even had the slightest idea in what you were doing.
People who are crying about roll backs…get over yourself…if a roll back hasn’t happened within 12 hours of any sort of bug…It simply will not happen. stop thinking so greedy. If they didn’t roll back the game when you could duplicate infinite amount of gold (Instead they locked Trading Post and all Player Trading)…they aren’t going todo it because you opened 12 cases and didn’t get what you wanted
Realistically at this point in the failed game state people should just not put up with it anymore and uninstall. Who cares about the ‘hope’ you have for this game. The developers have killed this game by themselves with bugs…let alone lack of content to actually play. They keep introducing ‘catch up’ mechanics to get to end game…with nothing end game to actually do
I opened 11 Crates and got 2 parts of smelting gear, so i guess u just had (a lot of) bad luck. Very sad for u, true!
But this thread is not about not gaining smelter gear. Its about not receiving any item out of the crates

Opened 16+ crates since the patch. No Gear what so ever.

I hate to be a bearer of bad news but your account will not be rolled back. They only ever rolledback entire servers once, when bug crashed the economy. They will not do that for single players.
You are a special breed of moron. If they reroll 1 account then they gotta reroll the whole server to a saved point in the game. Sounds like your just bad out of luck

Opened 50+ (maybe 60+) crates and got 4/5 smelting gear pieces. Seemingly no bug, just very low drop rate. Personally I like this approach. But can understand it’s frustrating. At one point I opened 15 and didn’t find any gear piece.
Thanks for compensation though. I must say, IF you adjust/change drop rate etc. Compensating everyone for the already opened crates is the way to go. No need to feel “slapped in the face yet again” as a result.

Can you kindly stop pinging the devs when they’ve already given you attention regarding this issue. They cannot just magically whip up all the data that you believe they can. If you take up too much of the devs time they will temporarily suspend you for “consuming excess amounts of staff time” You’ll unfortunately just have to be patient while waiting for a fix, same as everyone else who has encountered this issue but is not sitting here calling them “Muppets” and spamming them, taking their attention away from other issues that people need assistance with. Know this is a known issue being worked (as noted by @NW_Mugsy. Just putting a ticket for it’s resolution, whenever the fix is out.
opened 51 Tier 3 crates and only 1 piece of smelting gear. most cases only gave 3 items not the normal amount for tier 3 cases at all. please investigate.
