  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Have completed quest for tier 5 camp; but still only have tier 4 camp.

  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) Been ongoing for months; I just logged back into the game hoping the bug had been fixed. Of course not.
