The box price of the game has no bearing over whether or not they are fixing the game. The game is broken and either they fix it or give refunds. This is how class actions start.
This is nearly the exact same situation as cyberpunk 2077

next time before you buy, do not skip the 100 pages mandatory to read agreements/EULA/ToS/Legal, its there because its important… and do not spend money on games like your life is hanging on it

Personally I think the game is great.
The gathering and world map as a whole are top notch.
The crafting, faction, terrority wars, exploits, bugs, dupes, pvp, perks, balance, taxes, trading post, war board and general day to day life however could use some polish
