AG its time to deal with shell companies. Lot of top companies on each server are groups of very toxic players from my experience. They abuse company systems and i can get money that many ppl on many server quit the game bc of this companies being toxic in multiple way.
So why shell companie are a problem?
They let single company to controll as many provinces as they want. They adjust war times so they can fight like 3-4 wars same day with same roster.
They use shell companies to hijack wars. So you have other companies that do 50-70% infuence in pushes and they cant get wars bc other companies are using multiple shell companies to steal this wars.
Probably more s… like this that im not aware of. Changes to think about imho:
players should not be able to jump from company to company with out any penalty. It does allow to use shell companies like we see today. Add some grace period like 7-14 days after you leave company you can not join any other.
companies that have <40-50 active members should not be considered in any faction related system like: rolling who will get war after infuence pushed to 100%
One issue is that wars are limited to few companies on each server and they always have main roster. So by default wars are very limited when it comes to amount of player that can play that. But shell companies makes this issue like x3-5 bigger that it would be with out them.
Posted about this months ago, AGS said they would look into it and get back to me and never did. Sadly with recent paid transfers opening up we just had a big toxic company come over that is already using shells. Sigh.
I have said for a while now that there needs to be a cooldown on swapping a company, but that wont stop the issue, i think there needs to be more e.g. company needs to field 40-50% of the roster, missing spots means that the army will have missing players, will stop most of the shell companies

min. number of players in war from owning company - at least 50% must be required, maybe more.
And it would stop shell companies to be in use. Still does not solve the issue that biggest companies on server make like 2kk gold on ef/ww every week and because of that prices for bis items and crafring compotantns are super inflated.
Yeah EF/WW are gold mines, but I have noticed that small areas around make much more now with free travel and storage moving. but AGS need to do something ASAP, my world is controlled by 1 company and their allies and fighting the same roster is annoying as they are super strong and no one can beat them.
Shell companies combined with the win-more mechanic of owning major territories creates a snowball effect that most other games solve by not being persistent and good matchmaking, or comeback mechanics. But this is ridiculous.
Combine that with the terrible decision to allow for paid transfers means the best pvp’ers can just swap servers to switch factions then come back and join the already winning side. Ugh.
A 24-hour war CD might help - it resets at 5am each day like crafting CDs. You can only be in one war per day. This would also help with the issue that most level 60 players can’t currently participate in wars because companies who own territory won’t slot them.
