As the title says a post 5 days ago has been made and still no fixes for this.

Mods arent responding either, this is a mayor bug/issue and needs to be solved asap, cant be possible that you invest hours on hours to not even to play on your main character due to a bug of the game/server.

Please manually log my character out.
