Timed out while waiting for server to spawn the player

I already gave logs and DxDiag by email to the support when they asked for.

I understand that it may take some time and that you need those logs to find the source of the issue, but I dont understand why it take so long to force disconnect a character in game to let us play.

Can’t play my character since Friday afternoon, this is already the second time that the support tell me to wait 48h to get an answer… answer which never comes.

Starting to feel that all of that serves absolutely nothing. You can only talk with amazon employess who cannot do anything (not their fault) beside give the infomation to the " dev team". If enough report are sent the dev team start to investigate the issue, in the meantime you are given no help, no answer, no quick fix in the game…

Was able to play on another server, but i couldnt log in a single time to this server. Is there anything i can do? Thanks in advance, but i’ll keep waiting and trying to log in

Should I create a new character every time? Cause I get this issue whenever I try to make my character on the server I want to join.

For every person reporting here, there must be tens or hundreds not reporting…
There are 500 posts in this thread and 2 absolutely non-informative posts by CS in over a week… Really impressed by such poor communication display by Amazon.
Shouldn’t be a game breaking bug like this on top of dev backlog?
Can we have an ETA or some info?
