Describe the issue you are experiencing: Rolled 10 light hats yesterday in EB using timeless shards and received 3 600 non legendary items. I had sufficient azoth and all the proper ingredients. My company mate later rolled a war hammer with a timeless shard and received a 600 non legendary hammer.

(if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Didn’t receive the legendary items (3 perks) but, rather got 2 perk purple 600 items. Same with the war hammer.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Lost the mats and the legendary pieces I expected to receive with a 600 roll, so no.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Our entire company has stopped rolling armor and weapons until this issue can be address and fixed.
