Hi,
I’ve just picked up a Timeless Spear Shard and have been trying to craft a new spear using it at the forge. Trouble is the option to create spears using it don’t appear. I can craft a standard Ironwood Spear but the options to specify attributes aren’t listed.
I’ve used other shards when crafting armour without any problems but for whatever reason the Spear shard just doesn’t work.
Is this a bug or are they treated differently to normal Timeless Shards?

Sure, here’s the spear shard I’m trying to use -
But when I open the crafting screen at the forge, I just get the standard list of craftable items -
When I use other shards, the stat specific crafts are usually listed at the top, but there’s nothing there for spears. I’ve scanned the whole list of items and they don’t appear to be anywhere.
I even tried the filter to make sure I was just looking at spears but this is all I see -

Thanks for the pictures! I can not see where it says “Timeless Shards - (Attribute)” so maybe it is a bug.
I also found this video on YouTube that explains how to craft and how to use them overall. Maybe this will help!
Also can I get your Character’s name, World and Server you are playing on? That way I can create a ticket if it is a bug!

You have to be 200 in your skill to use the shard. Your engineering is not 200.
