@Aenwyn I think I speak for everyone when I say this, not a single person on titan wants to go to a legacy server. I would much rather stay here on a dead pop then to get transferred to a server where none of our characters can compete with anyone. If the whole time we were banking on going to a legacy server im 99% sure half of us would have never made fresh characters in the first place. not only that but to then punish players who came after the RTA event was already over, what about them? They came here thinking this was a fresh start and to just shit on them is simply just insane. We can’t compete with gold, cant compete with gear, cant compete with companies, so why send us there? The best solution in my opinion is to transfer us to another fresh start. It makes 0 sense to merge us with legacy when were technically a fresh start server. Here is solution 2 give us the option to transfer to other FS realms so that we don’t all flood 1 server and the loot that you believe we have would be more evenly distributed.

Seriously. If I had just played legacy I would be drastically ahead of where I’m at now. AGS really wants to waste all the time we have put into these characters by making us go back to their bug-ridden duped servers. Actually unbelievable. I can tell you now there will be a massive drop in the player base and many will never come back again. You cannot get away with telling us a fresh start will never get merged into legacy and then fucking do it.

I do not understand how they think we will mess up another server’s economy, there’s literally not shit on the market on our server because it is dead. You will hardly even be able to notice the difference a week after the transfer to the economy. These devs are actually delusional.

Also to reply to they’re reasoning here is why that is false. If you go and look at our trade post compared to any other server you will quickly find out half of the things you are going to want to buy just simply aren’t there, and when they are 99% of the time they’re 20x the normal value. You could come back to this and say well its because they’re saving it to flood the market, and here is why that somewhat false. Would you rather farm mats on a server you know can craft the gear you want, or farm the mats on a server you know will never be able to craft the gear you need? clearly you’re going to farm way more on the one you have a chance you getting your gear on. I rarely meet anyone on titan who farms and genuinely do not think were going to affect the market in any way to do serious damage to a fresh start.
Wait they actually think two weeks of grinding is equal to a server thats been up for a year and exposed to dupes, bugs, etc? Brimstone was a fantastic update but there is clearly people at the top that do not understand their game or understand why people wanted fresh start servers in the first place. Cant believe this garbage.
Yeah straight up this is bs. There is no way we are anywhere close to servers over a year old in 1 month. We can’t even do mutations cause no one is on there. For any returning players why wouldn’t they just play their main the whole time instead if this was going to happen. They said we wouldn’t get merged into legacy and this ruins the whole experience.
Easton is right. Giant slap in the face to everyone who participated in the event. You can’t sincerely believe that we’re “more in line with a Legacy server”? That’s just silly. We have maintained sub 200 players for weeks, if anything we’re considerably farther behind even other Fresh Start Worlds. The event was a major flop even with all of the people participating in it being deceived, if this goes through it will be really hard going forward to find people willing to engage in this type of thing in the future. Actually they should go through with this BUT also give us an already lvl 60 character with 625GS gear on another FS server as compensation.
Yea guys, we have had free acess to farm for 2 weeks! since we dont have the pop to sell it on the market that means we are gonna ruin the economy of other servers with our 500 ori ingots.
What bugs exist on legacy servers that don’t exist on new servers?
This is absolutely ridiculous. AGS is going to advertise the event as fresh start worlds. They even answered forum posts of people making sure that was the case and they assured us we would never merge into legacy. We all put in our time to get back into new world so we can enjoy the game again w/o people who have been playing since launch. Now they want us to transfer into the very dogsht servers we came back to new world to avoid. This is a horrible way to treat players who put all their time into the game. the very players who joined your event servers so the event didn’t look completely dead. I do not think anyone in my fresh start will continue playing if they merge us to legacy. Please rethink.
There have been bugs in the past on legacy and people duped gear to make millions. Makes legacy unfair when BIS gear goes for gold cap therefore locking new players from purchasing them unless they have a massive company backing them. All of us on RTA servers are poor we will not be able to do anything on legacy servers.
100% AGREED… AGS leave RTA alone or allow RTA players to transfer to FS.
1 last thing to add, not to insult AGS but you guys need streamers like Asmongold. No offence but he averages more viewers then the game gets players and most definitely brings more players to the game, and to just shit on him and his viewers like that is kinda disrespectful. Over the past few days/weeks I’ve heard Asmon say multiple times about how he wants NW to be his main game and that even with all the hype around WoW he is still going to be continuously playing the game and that he’s just waiting to be merged with another FS server. Another streamer on the server Xaryu who also has a big fan base and is pretty much the reason there is people on the marauders faction on titan. To shit on all of these people who helped you promote your game and help you bring in new players, in my opinion is incredibly ignorant and should be taken note of.
Completely agree! Merging RTA servers to other fresh start servers should be the ONLY action done for these servers. Please reconsider and merge the RTA servers with fresh starts. If not, you definitely risk losing many players of the game.
