Currently farming this guy in brimstone for Titan wall tower shield for a few hours now until i notice all the gear he is dropping is way below 590. Im 600 in everything so not sure if im wasting my time farming this shield if all im getting is below 590 gear
I have about 15 shields from him titanwall right? He drops it quite often for me and i just kill him while doing acid chests.
The shield, as it is a named item, will drop at 590.
However, Refreshing Ward on a tower shield may be less than desirable as a tank, since most of the time you are using the shield, it will be to block.
Refreshing Ward does NOT trigger off of Blocked Attacks.
I do not believe the Refreshing Ward on a shield will trigger when you are using your other weapon, but I may be mistaken on that, as I have not personally tested it myself.

yeah i just want the other two perks. Those two perks alone cost around 25k on my server
Refreshing Ward is going to be amazing after the patch. 300 con getting light grit, you will attack with refreshing move AND while taking hits be getting CDR from Ward. Quite good.
damn i cant get it to drop. looks like it drops from two other places as well. Guess ill move to one of them
Get more luck, can easily buy junk gear on TP. Oh and turn on PVP.
Pretty sure it doesn’t go leggo, no named shield goes leggo, cause AGS hates tanks.
I know its probably in my head but for some reason im way more likely to get named drops if I am just casually passing through an area and kill a boss, if i farm an area it usually takes forever and its frustrating.
Best way I have gotten items is Luck bags, 3 Major Trophies and PVP gear. Full luck set seems to give me worse luck than that. 
Are you using it for pvp?
