Titles and achievements all gone

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I played back in January, quit in February, and just came back. When I got back, I found that all my titles and achievements were gone.

2. Play Lost Ark in February, March, and most of April.
3. Come back to New World at the end of April.

I am experiencing this problem as well. Made a new character and started levelling them. The achievements list was there and tracking. I logged out to fix another issue, logged back in and the achievements list was completely gone with a blank screen in its place.
