That’s why I put “misled” in reverse commas, since it’s what some people are claiming. But yeah, most people didn’t research the rules of the RTA event, that AGS posted, so they, understandably, but annoyingly got the short end of the stick and then come to the forums for a solution.
I think the eventual FSS merges that AGS will do should correct all of these issues, but when they will do the merges is anyone’s guess.
Yea it’s the players fault for getting into this mess.
But it doesn’t change the fact that people usually expect companies like here, to actually act in favor of ALL players in a reasonable timeframe.
It’s literally the same what happened after release.
There was no promise that servers would get merged ever. So how dare people to complain right?
You could say. “Oh all of you players on those 350 dead servers, you all should’ve known better”.
“Why are you all complaining now or asking for transfers??”
Since just as here, it’s the players fault.
So just stop complaining. Stop being doomers. Stop being so negative
Accept the state or just start new 
I agree, the expected behavior of a major video game studio is that they would not create these problems in the first place, but when they arise they are handled swiftly and correctly. I think AGS is still figuring out how to do this stuff correctly and as we can see with the recent Official News update about Legacy mergers, they’re still not addressing the issue for other Legacy servers and FSS is completely unmentioned.
