• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have completed the “Ecological Report” quest at Gaspar Machera but he doesn’t offer me the final quest in the series “To be a Grand Master.” I had 153 fishing when I turned in the quest, I got to 154 fishing just in case it needed another level to proc the quest but no.

• Is this a bug? yes

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Not able to get a legendary fishing pole or complete the quest line

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

Hey there, I’m going to back you up on this. I’m not sure if you received a reply or not. I have this exact same issue, I was grinding fishing for a while casually reaching the point to get my legendary fishing pole. The problem is being over 101 fishing (the completion criteria), we don’t qualify to receive the quest.
