Everyone complains about stunlocks and the stun meta. Its one of the largest complaints about combat. I think the easiest solution is to make Grit which already works against staggers, work against stuns as well.
It is the heavy armor bonus that grants such long crowd control effects. It needs to be removed from the heavy armor bonus, possibly swapped with a reduction in cc taken, instead of given.
