Why would transfer tokens be made one per account? This is not stated in game, only on the forum post, so I used mine on my US west character. Now my main character on US East is stranded on a dead server, I am not able to transfer with the friends I have been playing with for months. I have played 1200 hours in this game, have defended it from every criticism, but this egregious oversight is forcing me to either play on a dead server with no one while my friends continue to have fun. Support just copies the forum post, which does state that is it one per account, if I would have seen that I wouldn’t have transferred. I am begging for another token, I don’t care if my US west character that used the token is banned and deleted, I just want to be able to stay with my friends that I have played with for months. At least add paid tokens to the shop, this is a huge money making opportunity missed. This is a feature that should NOT be timegated in 4 month intervals, it improves the longevity of the game. I’ve encountered every bug and issue in this game and nothing could pull me away from it, but this is the one thing that can.

I see that this is your fist post, Welcome to the Support forums! While I understand the situation you’re going through with the transfer tokens, unfortunately there is currently no way for us to issue new ones apart of the tokens that have already been issued. There is currently also no plan for paid transfer tokens to be added to the game store. Please do stay tuned to the forums to hear future updates on possible future transfer tokens and other server moving possibilities, as they’re always posted here on the official news channel!

So you are telling me because of a simple mistake my new world experience is over for the next 4 months or however long it takes more tokens to be released? Maybe you guys should consider adding a warning stating that its only one per account in game so that more people aren’t literally forced to quit the game or play by themselves on a 0 pop server.
I understand that this can be frustrating. As you can see, before using the transfer ingame, there is a warning message about the transfer being available to only one character per account.
As I said before, please do stay tuned in the forums for any future updates regarding any changes in the world transfer mechanics!

Sadly im in this same position(1,097 hours for me). I play on US west, havnt really played in the last month or so from being burned out/not enough content. I was originally on a server that was dead before they did the first transfers. Now the server i transferred to, is dying(el dorado), everyone is going to camelot(where my alt is when i was first scouting out servers). I thought the transfer tokens were per character, so i transferred my alt off camelot so i could move my main there… So here i am now seeing this reply from customer service. I guess i just wont come back at all(no one reads in game nonsense, but they got my money so it doesn’t matter). It baffles my mind they would limit it to one per account. As Op said, why am i going to play on a dead server and hope one day there is another free transfer… honestly at this point i’d gladly pay for a transfer. You can’t even have two characters on one server, so why is there even a limit on the free transfers? But oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
what about the persons that never used their first token?? i only see 1 in the store so i wanna know if i got 2 now or what?

That’s an excellent question! This is also my particular situation, as i haven’t got to use the first token either! In the forum thread [Notice] Bringing in the Second Round of Server Transfer Tokens , as you can see, they do mention that, if you have not used the first token, both will be available to you. You may only see one token available, but as long as you have not used the other one, both will be available to you!
These tokens do not expire. If you have a previously unused token already in the store page, you will have two after the second tokens are distributed.
