Tokens hard capped at 25k with Alchemist Rank (lvl 60 rank)

My new cap should be 50k but I am still able to buy Alchemist rank gear this leaves me unable to purchase certain pvp pieces such as weapons/chest.

not being able to buy pvp gear in a pvp game is just $$#$ retarded

I am having the same problem but with the previous mission.

Marauder;Destroyer quest at 26k rep; after completion to move on, my capped credits did not increase past 15k so I ended up at the next tier of the faction shop being unable to purchase anything since my cap is lower than the cost.
