Tondo ability tree feels lackluster

I’ve been playing around with various builds (thank you for free respecs until higher mastery level) and with the rapier build I find that this particular ability doesn’t scream exciting, nor useful compared to others.

I’d like to make some suggestions to the tree in order to make it somewhat more useful in both PvP and PvE scenario’s.

Thirst for blood: 10% is honestly way too low. It’s a reduction of 1 second. 30-50% reduction would feel better.

And Again: Not very exciting ability as all it does is further reduces cooldowns. If you bake the cooldown into Thirst for Blood, you can change this into something more beneficial and fun to use. An example would be Festival of Blood: The bleed will heal you for the damage dealt every tick.

Proper Spacing: Honestly way too niche and quite difficult to achieve in PvP. PvE you can kite them into it, but it ruins the flow of combat. Instead, applying Tondo slows the target by 30% for 3 seconds. Maybe just also increase base Tondo damage by 10%.

Just some ideas. Could just be me, but the tree for Tondo just seems so lackluster.
