Tondo and FnF need same rework like Pilar of Fire and Incinirate receive on PTR patch.
Main problem of this 2 skills is very long “cast animation” and also delayed damage frames. Finish has same big delay dmg frames like Pilar of Fire, or even more delayed frames, aswell as tondo and flourish…
Also Finish tracking is terrible in compare with anything else. Even Arrows has better tracking than Finish.
