well they making a event where a really low percentage of people are going to get the drop… great event re skin a rabbit, add two drops and make the rarity super low for the main drop, turkey event was much better and something really innovative, rabbit event is just dumb in my opinion they could make it better.

What? How do you know that? When I ask my server I get many answers that people got it. I doubt its a “really low percentage”.
But yes they could have made it better thats true.

Yep. They put 0 effort to it. Seems they are busy fixing game and working on 3 vs 3 arenas and other stuff.
Zero effort? You are talking nonsense! You can’t imagine how many rabbits the devs had to repaint for this event!

I want there to be no data or reminders of how much time I have spent killing rabbits, please. Well over 1,000 and still no chest - and the worst thing is I know it is total RNG crapshoot and have done this to myself!
Definitely makes it more fun when folks link their chests in area chat and say it only took them a small number of rabbits, though!
Maybe next year it could just be “kill X per day, for Y number of days” in the event period and you get your chest. IMHO it would be a way to make the event feel rewarding for the work done, rather than just really frustrating.

I got mine after 300, that said I didn’t just hunt rabbits, I was also farming.
It makes it easier as at least youre achieving something.
Got my at 283 kills.
Feel bad/wrong for ppl not getting it after 2k kills.
After x kills it shoud drop. Effort = pay off

Who else is laughing at all the sweatys pissed off about their rabbit kill counts? They are bringing misery into themselves. I laugh every day when I do my 5-10 rabbits to get the guaranteed drops. I have no need for a cosmetic chest that duplicates the chests I already have….

All the luck based mechanics do only one thing: make players rage quit or transform them into gambling addicts. Terrible game design.
Nearly every drop in the game is a “gamble”. Just because this one is tied to an event shouldn’t change that understanding. If that’s the case, I want the Goldfish in a Porcelain Bowl…because I have seriously “worked” for it for months. Look at the number of people farming bosses all day…everyday to get the Weaponsmith Pants or Chef Shirt. The chest is the same thing…just limited by time. There are many things in this game that I’ve spent many many hours more than these people have spent killing rabbits and have not gotten them.

I was about to rage quit too but then decided to just ignore all luck (gear etc) and play as if it not existed. The game, apart from that, is actually good.
Why they had to desgn everything around a slot machine is a mystery to me.

Two problems. First, the other stuff in-game is not tied to a limited-time event that goes away in 2 weeks. Second, grinding the other stuff usually has some element of fun. It’s not enjoyable at all to grind 1-shottable critters in open world with dozens of other people in the same spawn zone sniping kills from you. There is zero element of fun or progression. At least grinding for stuff in expeditions has something entertaining.
agreed, i have spend thousands of hours in this game getting my luck gear and trophies. spent every day chasing down 200 rabbits, actually trying to AVOID people because I DONT WANT THEM TO TAKE MY RABBITS.
So this Easter event doing the opposite of what an MMO should do, its bringing people further away than together for an event which I think is dumb. MMOS NEED TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER FOR THINGS TO DO, not make me annoyed some random who logs in for 10 minutes a week got his “special chest” after 20 rabbits.
There have been hundreds of great ideas on the forum for better Easter events and rewards. its like they dont even try and want the game to die off. makes me sad and I know its just a chest but for some people to put in the hours and not get the reward is just a big dickslap in the face
