Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have 1404.8 pounds of storage used in my Windsward storage, with the max being 2800. It will not let me store anything else in the storage. I can withdrawl and store after that, but I cannot go over 1404.8, even though I have another 1400 pounds worth of free inventory. I have removed all of my storage chests, logged out, logged back in, put the chest back down and it still did not fix it. I am able to go to other towns and use the max inventory there, but not at my Windsward storage.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Transfer items into Windsward storage and cap out at 50% of your actual max inventory.
