Town lifestyle projects

Hello all,

As you know, when company owns a settlement, it can launch lifestyle projects which help us to increase crafting item GS from 590-600 to 595-600.

BUT to get those +5 you need to own a house in that town, and this makes no sense for me.
If it is a lifestyle project for a town, so bonus should be added if u craft in that town, not if you own a house in that town.

It makes no sense.

My suggestion - when company (for example) makes Weaponsmithing lifestyle project in Windsword. Everyone who crafts in windsword gets those +5GS even if they don’t have house in the town.

This is also one of the reasons why settlements like mourningdale, firstlight etc etc dont have income, because nobody has a house there, and there is no point even to try craft there.

the problem with this is when enabling gathering buffs since some zones have no claimable town.

ofc it makes sense.
u pay taxes, u get buffs

I pay taxes for houses which have trophies, but trophies are global, why its not zone related then ?

confused… town buffs are global for u aswell.

Well its not global if I have to own a house in the settlement to get that +5 GS.

For example I try to craft in Windsword arcana station, my arcana trophies works from ebonscale, reekwater, everfall and gives me +15 GS global increase.

Town lifestyle project works in that town ONLY if u have a house in it. In my opinion it should be enough just so you crafting in the settlement.

For example, nobody will ever move a house to FIrst light only because to craft something.

wrong… u can craft in windsward if the town project is active in everfall for example ( if u have ur house there )

Oh i thought its only in that town that project runs in.

na
