(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: This forces companies that own less traveled territories like Ebonscale, Reekwater, and Morningdale, to pay the full upkeep of a territory and have to draw the funds from the company instead of a territory making money for a company. if this is an intended mechanic then why would anyone want to own a territory that is not Windsword or Everfall as it would just be a gold sink that will do nothing but bankrupt a company.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No it is costing the company 100k every week to upgrade, and pay upkeep as the town upkeep missions are not being applied to our upkeep due so many territories have forgone upgrading there towns anymore to avoid large upkeep costs.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Have been tracking company members doing the town upkeep quests, and watching the amount due. It only every changes if we get an invasion downgrade, or goes up if we upgrade a town crafting station.
This is one of many issues I see killing the economy of New world at the moment. The lack of gold making other then selling items on the market makes even a pretty active company have to pay dues, instead of getting wages from a territories income.
If this is not what the Town upkeep town board missions are for and this is not a bug, then what are these missions for because I have not been able to find any documentation or information on them on the new world site.
