- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Geatland
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Town upgrades have not registered two days in a row. Woodshop and Smelter were completed successfully and report correctly on the town board but aren’t the right tier when you go to them. Also, all refining stations are reporting 1 tier lower on the map than they actually are when visited.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Two days of people pushing hard to complete upgrades to have them bug out is making people less bothered to do the upgrades now.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Not as yet. Not sure if a server / instance reset will fix the issue but the woodshop was upgraded more then 24 hours ago and still hasn’t upgraded correctly.
- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: All screenshots attached.
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: It’s a constant issue.

Same bug in our City Cutlass Keys!!
3 days in a row now with the Outfitting Station doing the same thing so it appears to be ANY town upgrade project not completing. This is just disappointing now for everyone working hard each day to get the projects complete to have nothing to show for it. This is stopping us from developing our skills and wasting lots of money / azoth to use other town and losing any income for the company that would have come through taxation for the higher level stations.
Is there an proper ticketing system to report actual bugs specific to a company / region / server etc or even anywhere that you acknowledge an issue exists and the players know you are working on it? It feels like all of this is falling on deaf ears!
We have the same issue on (EU) Xarayes server.
Also in Cutlass Keys!!
Need this fixed asap!!

- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. Outfitting station was upgraded yesterday and today, but has not properly upgraded.
