Towns and POI's missing on map and Friends List showing nothing

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Calnogor

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Map Icons for settlements, points of interest, and dungeons/elite areas are not showing. Friends List is showing that I have no friends even though it was working yesterday.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can’t recall to in, home, or fast travel to a settlement, but shrines show up. I can’t see any locations on the map. I also cannot accept group requests, enter dungeons, or flag for pvp.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: This happened once before and after verifying the game files, it worked again, but this time it did not. I have tried reinstalling the game also, and that didn’t work.
