Windsward is the town in particular having the trading problem. When you trade both players can hit lock in and complete and it will just sit there with no trade actually happening. Afterwards you can only get out by canceling trade window which will in turn delete the items.
Overall Eldorado is super buggy no trading post working super laggy etc.
