Trade not going through on voidbent armor

tell him to not have the items salvage locked / or try them 1 each

none of them are locked and we’ve tried one at a time

Have the person that crafted them log out, stay logged out until their in-game character disappears (!), then log in again. Tried it several times and that solved it for us.
