Trade Post bug - URGENT - items selling but don't get the gold!

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: listing and selling items on trade post

This does not happen with all my items but 100% can confirm for some it did, you can check the logs on my account (please do)

example one: 2 days ago posted about 50 orichalcum ingots on tp (15g each), did some quick smelting and 5 minutes later wanted to post another 24 some… the 50 were gone!.. what happend , they got sold… nice! except, i never heard a DING sound and never got gold, yesterday the gold was still not received nor was it today

example 2: yesterday posted void stones on trade post 48 for 10g each, i had 17 cents in inventory, this morning 45 of them sold… i had 170g in inventory (sold a few other things)… so i canceled the other 4 stones left and received them in inventory… but no gold, logged in just now, still no stones but those 4 and i have 400g in inventory (again from some other items that also sold)

TL;DR

I lost AT LEAST 1000g in 2 days from the trade posdt not working as intended… thats only from what i know went wrong and 100% sure of…

PLease if possible check my account and amend this !!!

This is also occuring with me tonight. I’ve not received approx. 15k in sales the last 3-4 hours - however have received approx 10-13k in sales. So roughly half of the gold is not being received.

Please contact me ASAP @Luxendra for any details the team needs to rectify this.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Significantly impacting my time / gameplay.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. Have relogged multiple times. Have also been to all the items listing locations to confirm if visual bug - but the items are no longer available. They have been sold with only ~50% of the sale value received.
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot: N/A
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: This is continuing to happen with all old listings. I will NOT be creating any new TP listings until this is resolved.

This is recurring problem, happening time to time. TP is unstable since 1.1.0 i lost ± 50 k gold because of this.
