Trade post not giving my money back

Trade post in Delos did not give back the money I put up when cancelling an order (Major engineering trophy (6k)). it lagged out the first time I cancelled and then I went to another order and that worked but it said both orders were cancelled and the first money didn’t come back. as someone who struggles with making money 6k is a lot and I don’t want this issue affecting others.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
