Skinning and leatherworking skills (and maybe other craft skills) are no longer progressing so that the post level 200 progression mechanism that deliver chests is no longer working.

it stops me progressing skills

I cannot screenshot a circle not filling.
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Harvest or craft enough leather to make the progression circle tick enough to deliver a chest and watch how it doesn’t progress.
