Tradepost not listing correct price

  • Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue - Trying to post in this format again.

I posted 562 ironwood planks for 7,75; But the game does not register “,” - So they got posted for 775 gold… which ended up costing my in listing fees about 7.9k gold :frowning:

I didnt realize this is how it went wrong until today when the same almost happened.

So basicly if you put , instead of . it does not register at all. Which is weird since in atleast in my country (Norway) “,” is a full worthy way to seperate desimals from whole numbers…

Further more; the game lets you enter “,” into the price when listing, and all other symbols like letters and +/- does not enter at all…

So if you enter with a “,” it looks like this 7,75 all the way, but gets posted as 775… no error, warning or anything.

Was really hoping you could reimburse my lost gold as it was an noteworthy amount, and look into this issue.

The game is made by a US based company and the ‘.’ is the standard there for the decimal place.

Well im playing on european server, so it should follow european standards?

But the fact that proves this is a bug, is that it allows us to enter the “,” it just doesnt do anything at all.

It wont let you type other symbols, u cant type letters or +/- or even spaces into the price. just numbers and . / ,

So why does it allow us to type the , if it isnt supposed to do anything? - Bug

Devs are aware of this, i’ve already reported it a few weeks back and got a “we’ll look into it”.
