This bug has been reported multiple times and don’t think AGS realizes how critical of a bug this is. This should have been fixed a week ago. If you are a crafter who needs to buy materials in the thousands then you can basically no longer do that. Crafting and playing the market is what many players love to do and this bug is essentially game breaking if that is how you want to play New World.
