Trading Post auctions "stuck" in the funnel

Ok so, I’ve placed many orders both in Everfall and Monarch’s Bluffs. These auctions have “expired”, not sold. However, I didn’t get any of my items back.

I have a pretty decent amount of crafting materials, epic and blue gear just sitting in the “COMPLETED & EXPIRED” section, with the number “0” under the “Sold” column.

I was thinking maybe it’s because of my banks being full, but I did clean them up somewhat; still - I got nothing.

Anyone experienced the same issue (or misunderstanding)?

Yeah I have also had items the expire just vanish into the void. I expect my items back. That better be a bug or that needs a change.
