We’ve addressed this issue in the notice above! "We are currently testing a fix for this and will be deploying it as soon as we are confident. Players who encounter this issue WILL receive their missing gold/items when the fix goes live.
and that is when ? wasn’t the same statement said yesterday the issue has been known for 24 hours now and yet no fix/ patch no ETA nothing can the community just receive some form of transparency can we expect a fix today?
chief, not white knighting for the CM here but how do you expect them to know when the release is going to go out? They already said as soon as possible. I’m just as annoyed as you are but will you feel better if @Luxendra just makes up a time and date for you? What difference does it make at this point - it’ll be released when it’s ready.
Well you do sound like a WK but you know what ever. Yeah i know Lux is doing their best. but what im trying to get across and might not have been put into words correctly in my previous comment is a simple expect a update/ patch within the next “X” that way the community has some peace there has not been a single update not one.
honestly with the amount of people i have seen on various threads about this stating they dont care if they lose the gold or items they just wanna transfer i dont get why the devs, dont just give us the option to lose out on the Supposed active trades through say a confirmation screen and just let us transfer
yes they did say it already but crying about it more to the cm’s isnt going to get it fixed they are the ones that reply on forums not the devs themselves so im sure as soon as the cm’s have been updated so will we, yes this issue is fustrating and it is also stopping me from playing with the people i want to join but im patiently waiting instead of crying like a priviliged child
Man… I have sold so many items but haven’t gotten the gold… how exactly are you guys going to track down what’s been sold and the amount of gold to reimburse???
