Trading Post Canceled Items Vanishing

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cancel Trading Post Items for sale, they were never returned to my inventory or storage

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am missing 9,839 Green wood, which means I am losing Gold, and all the time spent farming it
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: NO
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I tried logging on and off, checking all storage not just the town it should have gone to, waited several hours then logged back in and it is still missing
• When did this happen? (Relative time; please include your timezone) US EST approximately 7-8AM

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

Hi, I had the same issue a couple of times so I tested it. Its related to storage item limit (500). When you cancel an order (or it finishes itself) as long as you dont reach the 500 item limit is ok but if you have already 500 items then the items will go on limbo.

Before this patch this happened also and it was pretty simple, just take items from storage to lower the limit and the “vanished ones” would appear. Now it doesnt happen.

When you fix it I guess you will give our items back casu not everybody is losing gathered stuff, there are a lot of value armor pieces also.
