Trading post limits on how much you can sell?

Since the last patch they have added a lot of restrictions to the Trading Post which were not mentioned on the patch notes.

Previously I was able to sell as many items as I wanted to and in any quantity.

After the new patch, there is a maximum quantity you can list per item. For example:

Satisfying meal = 100 per listing
Water = 10k per listing

I still have sell orders before this patch of 30k+ water and a listing of 400 satisfying meals.

Why did they change this and not mention it in the patch notes?

Yeah its annoying, though I can kinda understand it. Why bother limiting people to 100 orders but then let them put 50 stacks of the same item up as 1 order. Don’t get me wrong, I much prefer the way it used to be, can just see the logic in the change.
