Still not fixed I wrote down amount i have in my wallet and went to sleep, now i have 8 completed orders and same amount of gold. Please fix this ASAP it’s not funny anymore we are losing gold and patience.
Server name: Hydrus. EU. Name in game Huga Buga. Sold 2 infused bags for 3.200g each and not recieve the coins.
It seems there is some issue with posts from 1.03, as mine didn’t count against the 100 limit properly. When I posted past that limit, it seemed to push those items off the list entirely… Not listed on the post anymore, not in my bags, just gone.

I have the same problem! If I transfer to another server, will my coins be returned? Or do I need to stay on the current server to get coins back?
Same situation, lost close to 2.000 coins.
I only have this 1 picture, because you guys said that everyone would get their stuff and gold back, so didnt take more SS, due to you saying you would fix it yourself without a problem.
Sold tons of items worth around 20k+ gold and still yet to recieve anything even when it sells while I am online. The banner doesn’t appear, I happen to check the orders sold while putting up new ones clearly showing they are selling but I am recieving none of the profits. Fix this and reimburse us all we have sold.
Over 40k gold lost now over a one week period. Over 10k sold of jewellery overnight and no gold when I logged in, although it is showing up in my completed orders.
Really looking forward to seeing this fixed and my gold reimbursed.

Issue: I set up persistent buy orders for 3 different crafting recipes/schematics. All three say they were completed & the item was bought, but the item is not in storage & I verified I didn’t accidentally salvage them to learn it.
It is just a visual bug where the Sold and QTY columns are actually flipped. So if QTY=0 it means it sold, meanwhile Sold=Number of items. (and @BrewCrew). Also this thread is 22 days old… or well it was…
This maintenance I lost 5k+ from a jewelry piece that sold and never got gold from. Also believe other sales were affected but that is the one big ticket item I know sold and is gone now, but no gold for it.
So got an email back from New world tech today about this issue since I am missing over 7,500 and they gave me the following troubleshooting steps. Haven’t tried them yet but figure I would post them here.
Steps:
Load Steam.
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click Verify integrity of game files…
Steam will verify the game’s files. This process may take several minutes.
Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.
Please Note: One or more files may fail to verify, in most cases this is normal. These are local configuration files and should not be altered in this process
After that In the Steam client library you will see New World on the left side.
Please right click on it and.
go to Manage > Browse local files
Open the easy anti cheat folder and run the easy anti cheat setup file > Select the Repair option
If nothing works
Uninstall the game. Delete these folders. Reinstall the game. C :\Users(your comp name)\AppData\Local\AGS C :\Users(your comp name)\AppData\Roaming\AGS… All the trouble shootings.
