Trading Posts awfully broken since update

  I am attempting to buy items on the trading post, however, despite being IN THE CITY where the items are, which is clearly stated on the trading item, the items cannot be purchased as it believes the items are elsewhere in a different city. I have picture evidence.

• Is this a bug or an exploit:

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  I cannot buy items on the trading post 8/10 of the time.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  Barely, it let me succeed once after a full client restart, but then it happened again.

• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
  

  

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

• Go to the trading post (in this case in Everfall)
• Attempt to buy an item that is listed in Everfall (in my case it was Tadpole)
• Observe the game say “Item at a different trading post” even though its not

Either the item listed is appearing in the wrong city, or the trading post is broken.

Update:

Confirmed 3 times now.

If I restart my client, it allows me to make ONE purchase. After that ONE purchase, the bug starts occurring again and I am unable to complete purchases.

This requires urgent investigation and hotfixing.

STILL happening. I am IN Everfall.

This is honestly a joke. Being unable to use the trading post is a critical class defect.

I haven’t been able to buy or sell anything in the trading post since I bought the game. I haven’t changed servers either. I guess this is another bug they have to fix

For me this happens since the last update. By now is a known bug. No official take on it. Just forum moderators suggesting the standard procedures like updating drivers, check bios updates and run steam as administrator bla bla bla non sense. Nothing works. Is the same bug that affects the crafting stations and usage of heavy attacks on range weapons, gathering, E key actions etc.
This started after the 28 October update. Most probably is something on their side. They changed something and than Voilà new bug.
