A single word like “Cheating” or “Exploiting” ect should be enough.
If they need to write an entire novel, everytime they ban someone, they wouldnt have time to do anything else.
Gaslighting the commenter because you have a different opinion is a poor way to debate or discuss. He never said “Amazon does not wrong” He simply suggests what is the most likely scenario; that your friend cheated, got caught, and lied about it.
So i wanted to say what happend to me. I was aswell banned for 24h till today. When the ban happened i was curious of wich reason, ingame it only said “Cheating” like in many screenshots here in the thread.
I wrote a ticket because there wasn’t any case i would say to myself i cheated. I used the Great Axe as main weapon and sometimes i ran around with the Speed Buff bug. I guessed that was the reason i got the ban and thought yea understandable but 24h a bit strict but okay it’s only a day.
I wasn’t 100% sure thats why i asked the support via live chat aswell and they told me i was “gold duping” and at that point i knew it would be a 100% false ban for me, because i didn’t dupe any gold anyone who could see the money on my account would instantly knew aswell.
I came across this thread and i think it could be that the same happend to me. It’s only a possibility! i’m not saying it’s 100% because of the voidbent trade. I crafted several parts alone in the last 1-2 weeks. I crafted my pants like 1min before we couldn’t trade anymore and the crafter of my guild who got my pants kept them for me in his storage. In the meantime where we couldn’t trade i gathered another void ore and got 2 Ingots out of it. So i crafted the last 2 parts of my set the day after trade came back up. So my crafter traded me 3 parts yesterday. As usual it was a pain in the ass to trade a voidbent part and we took several attempts with relogging and unlocking and locking the items, but it worked in the end and i got my set complete. Like 30min after that i got the 24h bann.
I think what could have happend is simply that the AGS worker sitting there with my case only got so see like “oh he got 20 times something went wrong in 10min, i guess he must be trying to dupe.”, because i broke the “Threshold” this came up.
This is just an explanation what could have happend in my case, but just to say it again i’m not saying this is the reason, because i can’t be 100% sure based just on missing information. I also said the Live Chat told me it was “Gold duping” but i think all this duping bugs with items and gold and are just put under one topic, that’s why i got that answer.
So just you guys have another case. (sry for my bad english)

AGS is makign elaborate forum posts about all the other topics but not this one. This shows to me that they just want to sweep this under the rug or they do not believe we did not cheat and they dont care to check the logs. They are offering some make goods for other issues that people had regarding wealth transfers. I on the other hand will not even receive a reply to my ban appeal.

Don’t believe this stories Amazon. Or they do the trade bug or they receive the items from a friend that do that. The 24h ban don’t work. They take a lot advantage on a PVP and territory game. 24h later they will be rich again. The only thing you need to do is to wipe some companies and perm ban the players that goes against TOS.
The same exact shit happened to me LOLOL I got a response and confirmed that they stated I was attempting gold duping, but I was just trading my armor that was stating unable to trade

We are simply saying that there’s an issue. What fucking story is there to believe. I’m asking for them to solve an issue that obviously is there. What the fuck do you think I’m spending my time explaining my situation here for? What would my incentive be to come here and continue keeping this topic alive. I’m already unbanned from the game. I did not dupe anything. I worked my ass off to get this armor fair and square.

AGAIN. I am unbanned. I still have my voidbent armor set. If I would’ve cheated I would stay the fuck away from here, keep low and just play the game and be happy. I am not. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated right now.

Did you get any response after you raised the voidbent armor issue?
Can say that I too received a 24 hour ban after having our Company crafter trade me a Voidbent armor piece after trading him all the mats to craft it. The “Something went wrong” was prominent until we both did a relog after searching online for a way to trade the armor. After both loging back on we were able to trade the armor, then I was banned 10 minutes later. The crafter received no ban. There is definitely something going on here and this needs some attention from AGS.
They said to check my email so I will do that, haven’t seen anything yet. I am honestly scared to play the game when I get home because I really don’t want to get banned for a stupid reason and this time become permanently banned.
But I totally feel you on your venting post. Everyone literally needs to understand our situation and put themselves in our shoes.
Dude… They didnt tell you, that it was the voidbent, whiched trigged the flag.
Just admit it, you have been trying to dupe gold before the voidbent.

If I have been trying to dupe gold, why wouldn’t I just dupe the gold and max out all of my refining and crafting and craft the gear myself.
Why would I seek out someone to assist me making the armor if I have already duped an infinite amount of gold.

First calm down because I never said your name or your specific situation. But this all guys that keep trying do make there situation is the same as yours is the same garbage that trying to dupe the materials. And yes you know that I am right. Of course that there are problems that affect serious people and that need to be checked and I am glad they do that and fast.
Everyone make or try a fair trade with a lot of materials and voidbent armor, and nothing happens. Just with guys that shutdown the game on middle of trade. So… All innocent people ahahah

No. You are wrong. The way you described the shit is not what was happening to me. Yet I got banned. Nobody here has told me a single thing I did wrong when I let my friend craft me my armor. That can’t do that. If you can’t point out ONE thing I did wrong then you can’t say that you know.

We need oficial answer for this problem… 
We craft voidbend chest and legs a few days ago to our mate from company. When our crafter gave him chest all be fine but when we tryed to trade legs - “something gona wrong”.
After a lot of traidfails, crafter tryed lock/unlock item and relog ( we found that solution on this forum 
) traid was been sucsesful but our mate got baned for 24h (cheating) after 5-10 mins after trade.
Maybe its for voidbend maybe its because he used hatchet as main weapom maybe because “something gona wrong”
Anyway we little scared now and dont wana craft next 3 parts because we realy think about “auto ban”.
But some recoursec like motes or asmodeum/runic leather/phonexweave was bought on trade post. Void ores 100% clear.

I’ve heard that the AGS is aware of this issue and they know their own system causes these bans due to glitch. I’m am puzzled as to why nothing is being said to us by any CM or any other representative. We’re just sitting in the dark here and at any point we can get banned for their system glitch. All we’re advised to do is send a ban appeal.
The appeal system is broken aswell. You don’t hear anything back from the moderation team because your appeals get routed to wrong place. You get generic answer to your appeal. And that answer gets to you by the time you are already unbanned.
So at this point we are just supposed to take this **** in our salad and not do a thing about it. Eat around the **** in our salad.
We’re not getting answers, no compensation, no nothing. Us the players who are crafting end-game armors after our long grinds for the materials. I had spent 15 DAYS in game. Thats 360 hours inside this game and I get treated like garbage. Thrown into some pit and left there without answers.
