I’ve checked along the roads SE and she isn’t there either. So, when she moved from the old location in town, it appears she took a bit of a detour on the way to new meet up spot.
Was this one of the quests they accidentally added and are now removing?
She pulled a Smith and disappeared from the Matrix.

The traitorous part is Gomes abandoning her post. That was the quest all along.

Still having the same problem with everybody with this quest evejn though the update came for bug fixes.
NPC still NOT visible and NOT usable.
So, I did am having the same issue, and just to hopefully help AGS out with the troubleshooting, I walked the roads “southeast” and highlighted where I went in Yellow. I went from Traitor’s hold, in case she was meeting us up there, as well as from Monarch’s Bluff. I’m working on the assumption that “along the roads to the Southeast” means either on the road, or visible from the road. I’m also assuming she’s not in any named area - otherwise, it should say "in ".
I’m hoping Amazon can actually update the waypoint to show us where she actually is. Given that roughly 1/4 of the map is technically Southeast of either where you get the quest or Traitor’s Hold, we need something.

So another patch week passes and Estebanita has still not found her way home.

She’s in monarch’s bluff where you initially encounter her she just isn’t appearing. My guess is it’s from accepting other quests in the area or completing other quests before hers
No, the quest has been update, that is why the wording for the turn in has changed. They just forgot to relocate her.

Just as an additional side note for this NPC.
If you abandon the quest the items you picked up in Traitor’s Hold are not removed from your inventory. This presumably is why the quest NPC doesn’t appear which would allow you to start the quest over. Would you please have the devs look into this while they are trying to resolve why she doesn’t appear for the turn in?

Describe the problem you are having: Same as everyone who already reported it, Estebanita Gomes doesn’t appear. I can walk on the spot where she’s supposed to be. A company friend can see her but I cannot.
