Everyone that transferred before patch has 30days cooldown atm. Please fix that.

I am having the same issue… Instead of resetting the 3 day cooldown. it got extended to 30 days. tried contacting AGS support. So far the only reply I got is, “Wait for 30 days” which is annoying since i had to transfer with my company now I am stuck alone.

This is a big problem, Multiple people in my company are stuck in random servers. They transferred before the changes were implemented, so why are they being penalized. They are not selling items, just trying to play with friends. This is unnacceptable and dumb. Not a good look AGS! They had zero control what server they were dumped in when transferring to NA East, so now it is just too bad for them?

Ya well its been a day since they responded, so its apparent that they do not care. Great way to keep your player base.
