I recently transferred my maramma account to orofena cause i put in a decent amount of time on it.
I did not realize that the 30 day cooldown was account bound, i thought that the character transfer cooldown was tied to the character.
Cause i was going to transfer my Castle of steel account to maramma to interact with my maramma friends. This character isnt the character i transferred i should be able to transfer it.
The cooldown should be only tied to characters not accounts.

I’m sorry that you’re unable to transfer the character to a different server.
However, the 30-day cooldown period is the intended part of game design.
You can read more about it here: Server Transfer
Important: To transfer again, you need to purchase an additional token. There’s a 30-day waiting period before you can transfer the character again.
However, you are welcome to share the feedback at Game Feedback as it is the best place for the devs to look into this.

It doesnt say you wont be able to move another character for 30 days in the description, it should for others that may come across this issue in the future.
Also the 30 day cooldown is very long, more of a punishment for spending money in the game. Had it been 3 days or a week, id be patient. I understand its to prevent players from jumping servers often i was trying to just swap the accounts i had on the server.
Since im not able to play with friends, ill just not play the game for a month maybe longer cause they may quit because of this issue.
Appreciate the response. Hope the game doesnt die before i come back.
I would have had no issue of paying upwards of $50 to play with my friends again with CoS account, just the cooldown prevented me. Thats it
Hello there, me and one of my freinds have the exact same issue here.
I have several characters on my account and also did move one character but is now stuck with a long long long cooldown before i can move Any other character again??
And in the description about character transfers it does NOT mention anything about a account wide cooldown, it does only mention a character wide cooldown…
So could you please allow me to move the other characters so i can start playing the game again, or do you want even more people leaving the game?
It clearly states ONLY character cooldown nothing about an account cooldown on your page about character transfer:
Damn. Thee AGS Mods lack basic reading comprehension. Clearly didn’t understand your issue and they replying with text that does NOT clarify.
Issue: character transfer applies account bound, when all of the information and terms specify that it’s character bound.

I apologize for the confusion regarding this issue.
I’d like to clarify and share official info posted by our New World Community Manager at FAQ - Server Transfers.
Additionally, transferring one character will place all characters on a 3 day transfer cooldown.
However, after this, in a recent update the cooldown period has been increased from 3 days to 30 days.
I hope this clarifies and if you have any feedback to share towards making the game experience better, I would suggest you to share the same at Game Feedback section of the forums, as it is the best place for the devs to look into this.

Sorry to say but you guys are Selling an ingame service with an description delivered ingame and with a link to the website i linkeD above, it does NOT include Forum posts / informations etc. From 10 different postes when i purchase an transfer ingame. So Selling a service with wrong description is ilegal, so coz i have purchase an service that was incorrectly discriped i want a refound for that character transfer and that includes the cooldown rewinded.!
I am not interrested in wasting more time giving you guys any feedback.! I have done ton of feedback to you guys but nothing is getting listened to, i just want to play with my friends and clearly that cannot happen coz you sold me an service that was misleading and where missing very important information.!
