Me and my company moved to Albraca, ( New server) the server is DEAD.
Me and some of the guys payd the Transfer for a ideea the server will grow and you DEV`S after 2 weeks poped 17 servers with no reason , i asked on NW Support chat for a Transfer ticket … but no result … now what is to do ? we are 84 players daily on a new server that is DEAD.
Merge us with somethink or give us FREE transfer tokens …

I understand that you wish to transfer to another server. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue transfer tokens manually. The only way to get a transfer ticket is to purchase one through the in game store. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

is not my fault , i had 3 transfer tickets from the start of the game and i Landed in 3 DEAD SERVERS !! tell me now how is my fault ? Merge was SOO BAD … is not my fault
you could have checked the population on the server before transfering.
