This is a long shot. I have used both of my transfer tokens, first one I used to leave my server as my friends stopped playing.
I moved to a quiet server so I could farm without trying to beat a bot. This was nice but it was merged into a Spanish server so I found it extremely difficult to communicate with people to run dungeons.
I then found out an old friend from another game we played 1000’s of hours together, they were playing new world with a bunch of friends. So I used my second transfer token to join them. Amazing! I was back in an English speaking community having fun and enjoying the game again.
Unfortunately, they have all decided they no longer wish to stay on the new server after they have merged and have chose to move to a different server. Sadly I am unable to follow them currently so I thought I would try my best to tell my story in hopes to get a third and final token so that I may play with this amazing new community I have been welcomed into?

I think the system they use just generates an kind of auto response which is understandable as it’s hard to look at each post in full and SLA requires an answer within a given time frame, it is a shame that a more personal response could not be given. As a consumer, it would feel better to actually have your question answered. (This part is feedback) @Helianthus

I know I would 100% buy a few so I can jump around like you can on Ark, really connect with other communities, see what other servers are like, farm freely on a quiet server or jump to a populated one to have some PvP fun! Would be incredible!
Merging an English server in to a Spanish server MARKED as En/Sp…is poorly thought out…and I doubt it’s thought out at all on that level, just numbers.

I assure you that I did go through your post and hence mentioned in my post that we do not have any news on 3rd wave of transfer token currently, While understand you situation, I am afraid we do not have any option currently to provide with the an extra transfer token.
