I created my account and started playing on day1. I stopped playing in late October. I recently came back to play because my friends started. I went to the store page and its empty, no free token. I have looked all over the internet and made sure I wasn’t in a company and didnt have any offers up in trade.
I also contacted customer support 3 times and none of them were able to do anything other than tell me to “Look for the next dev blog about tokens.”
I find it difficult to believe that it is impossible to both A. Track and see that I was never given a token. and B. Pass on a token to a player who is experiencing this issue.
