Hi @ShinoBus, I understand that you’re having issues to transfer servers. Please make sure that you’re following the steps bellow:
- Log in to your character.
- Leave your company: Press G and then Leave Company.
- Cancel your market orders, both Buy and Sell: Go to the trading post and select the My Orders tab. Select an order from the Active Orders tab and Confirm cancel order. Select Completed & Expired and Retrieve any expired orders.
- Open the in-game Store, and select the “World Transfer” tab.
- Select the free World Transfer token, and then Purchase.
- Check the eligibility requirements above before selecting your new world.
- Select your new world from the transfer list.
- Confirm that you’d like to transfer your character to the selected world. Transfers aren’t reversible.
- Confirm that you’d like to transfer your character to the selected world.
- Once you’re certain it’s the correct world, select Confirm Transfer.
- You’ll be logged out, and returned to the main menu. Your character will be waiting, ready to load into your newly selected server.
On the other hand, if the issue is that you didn’t get the “World Transfer” token just let me know so I can escalate the issue with our Dev Team.
