Hi.
After using transfer token i got sent to the wrong server. I contacted support on chat and directly with a ticket also but its been 1 week and i am getting no help.
At the moment not able to play with friends or my company who moved off a dead server, so this is just amazing.
I am being told by support they cant help because there are no Transfer Tokens in New World. Funny as thats what i used to be in this situation…
Anyways, i do not think i will get any help posting this but it cant be worse than your actual support who keeps sending me random stuff that has nothing to do with my problem.
Tech Support did take down Bug report and info so they can fix this tho, just they dont wanna spend 2 minutes helping me getting to the server i was supposed to transfer to.
Just a AAA quality game studio right there.
