Hello there, I used my free transfer yesterday to the wrong server and I would like to be on the server my friends transfered to instead, I had a ticket ID via customer service of amazon games (719e3fca-e152-495e-9179-856e48231ef0). But finished in a generic response. Can any dev help please ?

Iâm in the same boat. After two of the canned responses you mentioned above, I finally got a response from an actual person.
And itâs the same answer. Weâre boned until they decide to offer tokens in the store, and who knows when that will be.
The customer service told me that a resolution is possible and then transferred to the dev team or the one who technically can do it, but recieved after that a generic response.
Thatâs the exact same scenario that occurred for the one other person in my company who had this problem.
And he received the exact same answer from the person he finally talked to; Heâs screwed until tokens are available to buy.
with all whatâs going on, this is pushing me off the edge from yesterday to stop playing, Most of my friends are somewhere else.

Yep. Iâm headed there quickly myself. Game is a buggy mess that makes my friends the only reason Iâm still playing. Being left with no option to join them is quickly pushing me to the point of joining the hundreds of thousands who have already quit.
The announcements and plan for server transfers already communicated how to handle this exact situation. Wait for them to determine if another round is needed⌠and if not, wait for paid transfers to happen. We all knew that going into this, and so it was on you to be extra cautious with how you transferred. You werenât, and now youâre expecting Amazon to make an exception for you⌠and they wonât⌠and youâre upset.
No sympathy here, sorry.
I am not upset. I contacted amazon games services, they said they have a resolution & followed what they said. If they donât then I will call it quits. No one is upset, just wanted to play with some friends.
Didnât ask for any.
But announcing " just roll on another server,
and you can transfer later ", doing so, and then having entire companies leaving the server you transferred to because of populations dying with no way to follow them isnât exactly an âusâ problem.

There is a big difference between âI personally made a mistake and want you the game devs to fix something I should have made sure I did correctlyâ to "I was told to role on another server and wait for transfers and when I transferred the people I was going to play with left for another server.
Two very different situations. The OP is not in the same boat as you, and I donât feel any company should step up and help them for free when they messed up.
I hope the devs help you because you didnât make a mistake. You did exactly what you were asked to, and your destination server was also extremely quiet and everyone you joined left to go to a more populated server.
I donât mind paying or whatever it takes as long as I can play with my friends. The fact that no solution is given is the problem.

I am also having issues with my character atm, i have recently transferred from a low pop server to a high pop server, and this was during all the closure of AH and all that issues which was yesterday and so my transfer had issues and now i am unable to log into my character, i was asked to provide some sort of log of my computer which i found weird but i still provided it to them, i feel like the transfer issue was sort of pointed out towards my computer instead, which is also weird, and so i have not been able to play the game and i have asked them to roll back my character back into the old server if its that hard to fix the issues, i have not received any response back from them, i literally have an unplayable character due to this transfer issues and i am just on the verge of deleting my character, quit the game and unistalling the game. Its honestly frustrating dude.
(edit) i have also offered to pay for a roll back if i have to, just want to play the game.
With all the exploits & stuff, without playing with friends I canât do this. I quit for now. Thread can be closed.

In my case I transferred to a server to play with friends, and then a toxic group of try-hards transferred in too, and shat on the community of the server. Large numbers of players, including those I wished to join left the server. So now I can farm Iron like a madman because the server is dead, but I canât play with my friends.
